Data processing policy

Z&C Solution Company is dedicated to protect the personal data of its principals and partners, it is particulary important to the company to respect the right on informational self-detemination of its principals. 

Z&C Solution Company processes data confidential and carries out all security, technical and organizational measures that guarantee data security. 

Z&C Solution Company explains its data processing practices in the followings:

Purpose and legal basis of data processing

Z&C Solution Company is engaged in labour mediation, the processing of personal data is carried out within the framework of this activity, in the purpose of job search. Registration number of data processing: NAIH-85531/2015

Purpose of data processing in details:

  • Identification of job seeker, keeping contact with the job seeker
  • Revealing the qualifications, capabilities and demands being important in terms of employment for the job seeker,
  • Searching for the appropriate workplace, job opportunity, position concerning the qualifications, capabilities and demands of job seeker
  • Establishing contact between the job seeker and the potential employer
  • Facilitating the establishment of employment
  • If the job seeker is not suitable for the position, but he/she asks for data processing, in this case the purpose of data processing is the offering of a later position, job opportunity.

Data processing of activities of Z&C Solution Company is based on voluntary contribution, authorization. Accordingly, the legal basis of data processing is contribution given voluntarily by the job seeker. In the case of data processing which is based on voluntary contribution, the person concerned is entitled to withdraw the contribution in any stage of data processing.

In the name of a person aged under 16, or a minor aged 16 or over but being partially or fully limited in his/her capacity to act, contribution is allowed to be made by his/her legal representative. In the name of an adult being partially or fully limited in his/her capacity to act in the case group in connection with employment, contribution is allowed to be made by his/her caretaker. Z&C Solution Company does not check the legal compliance of the contribution, it is the responsibility of the legal representative. 

Its data processing principles are in accordance with the legislation in force in relation with data protection, especially with the followings: 

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
  • Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (Act on Information);
  • Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code;

By giving his/her data and sending his/her CV – regardless of the method of data collection – he/she gives his/her contribution to that we process his/her personal data in accordance with the issues settled in this data protection information and the applicable legislation in force.

In case of a specific job opportunity, our advisers can contact the job seeker until his/her withdrawal of contribution. We send to his/her e-mail address newsletter, which contains job opportunities suitable for his/her qualifications, capabilities and demands, furthermore, it also contains the advertisements and offers of Z&C Solution Company. It is not possible to upload CV or register on the website of the company.

Scope of data processed

Data processing covers the following personal data of job seekers:

  • a. identification data (name, sex, place and date of birth, birth name, nationality)
  • b. contact details (e-mail address, phone number, address)
  • c. language proficiency, school and other qualifications, job experiences, scope of interests
  • d. CV, motivation letter, candidate report,  profile, test

We process special data (e.g. data referring to health, criminal personal data) only by giving written consent and in case only, if it is necessary during the selection phase of the job offer for which the job seeker has applied. Without our explicit request, please, your CV shall not contain special data, because we delete it immediately from our system!

Source of data

Personal data processed by our company can derive from the following sources:

  • a. Personal data given by the job seeker to Z&C Solution Company. It is not possible to upload data onto the website or register there.
    Providing personal data and applying for job are only possible on the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and via the phone numbers presented on our website.
  • b. Data made public by the job seeker (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook profile). If our company takes a look at data made public by the job seeker, we inform the job seeker in all cases.  
  • c. Data provided by the job seeker to third person, if job seeker contibuted to transfer of data. If data of job seeker (e.g. CV) is provided to us by third person, we inform the job seeker and in the case of written objection by the job seeker, we delete data from our system. We can receive data from such registers, to which job seeker provided data deliberately in the purpose of job search (e.g. Profession data base) in the knowledge of the fact of data transfer.   

Based on the issues above, recording of data can be carried out by the following ways:

Via advertisement published by Z&C Solution Company (online or offline): Z&C Solution Company advertises on many platforms, in newspapers, at job fairs, persons concerned provide personal data by reacting to the advertisement.

Through recommendation: if personal data (e.g. CV) of job seeker is provided to us by third person, Z&C Solution Company process the data and informs the job seeker about this data processing (in case of written objection by the job seeker, Z&C Solution Company delets immediately the data).  

„Headhunting”: Z&C Solution Company receives data from such registers, to which job seeker provides data deliberately in the purpose of job search in the knowledge of the fact of data transfer.

Personal data recording: job seeker has the opportunity to provide his/her data personally in the office of Z&C Solution Company.

Volunteer supplying of data by job seeker: if job seeker provides his/her data voluntarily without call during job search of Z&C Solution Company, the data is processed by Z&C Solution Company.

Interviews: Z&C Solution Company processes data recorded during interviews with job seekers.

Access to data

We are allowed to forward personal data, CV, motivation letter, candidate report, test, profile of job seeker to our principals offering job opportunities/ to our contractual partners. We do not forward your personal data to abroad (outside the scope of Hungary). We inform you in all cases, when we forward your personal data. 

Your data stored in our system can only reached by our administrator colleagues and – if your profile, CV, personal data, candidate report, test is forwarded – by acting employees of the potential employer. In the contract of our partners offering job opportunities, we involve in all cases data security and confidentiality agreements.

Duration of data processing

Z&C Solution Company stores your personal data, CV, candidate report, profile, test in its system in each case for a maximum period of 5 years until the existence of its legitimate interests.

You are entitled to withdraw your contribution given to data processing at any time and ask for the deletion of data on the e-mail address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. 

The 5-year duration of data processing is justified by the purpose, according to which there is a real chance to the job seeker to search jobs and to be recommended within this period.

Z&C Solution Company deletes data, if the purpose of data processing has ceased, especially, if Z&C Solution Company cannot offer a suitable position for the job seeker and the future chance of this can be excluded, furthermore, if the legitimate interest of the job seeker ceases to exist.   

Place of data processing

Processing of personal data can be carried out on the seat, site of Z&C Solution Company or in a data processing room assigned by Z&C Solution Company. Decisions in connection with data processing is made by Z&C Solution Company.

We use data processors  to carry out certain technical (IT) operations. Our data processors are the followings:

Data processor is entitled only to implement decisions of Z&C Solution Company according to instructions of Z&C Solution Company.

Storage of data

Z&C Solution Company stores data recorded electronically in its IT system on its own server. The company digitalizes CVs made on paper and records them into its IT system. The company stores the CVs made on paper until the date of digitalization, then the company destroys them according to the document destruction policy of Z&C Solution Company.

Data security

In connection with data processing of your personal data, Z&C Solution Company takes care of the security of data, furthermore, it takes all required technical and organizational measures and establishes those rules of procedure that are necessary to enforce the requirements of the relevant legislation. 

Accordingly, the company protects data with the appropriate measures, especially against unauthorized access, modification, forward, publication, deletion or destruction and accidental destruction and damage, furthermore, against unavailability deriving from changing the applied technique. 

Rights and enforcement possibilities related to data processing

Job seeker can ask for information at any time about processing of his/her personal data, he/she can ask for the modification, correction, deletion or blocking of his/her personal data and he/she is entitled to withdraw at any time partially or entirely the contribution given to us concerning processing, using of data. Responsibility of person concerned/job seeker:

Job seeker can provide only their own personal data. Providing of other person’s personal data – in the lack of contribution – constitutes to be unlawful data processing, which may have consequences specified in seperate legislation. In case of misuse of data of another person, Z&C Solution Company helps the acting authorities to detect the infringement and identify the person commiting the infringement. 

Job seekers shall be responsible  for the authenticity of personal data, data in CV and motivation letter sent/provided to Z&C Solution Company.

Legal remedy related to data processing

The Act on Information regulates the possibilities of remedies related to data processing. Duration of this data protection information

This data protection information is in force from the day of 01.01.2018. The data protection information is continuously available on the website of the company. We reserve the rights to modify the data protection information. The modification of data protection information is published on our website, the occurrent modifications come into force after the publication.
